1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Meliflo service, operated by Meliflo SAS (registration in progress), with its registered office at Kerignen, Pont-Scorff, Brittany 56620, France ("Meliflo", "we", "us").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Meliflo service, you agree to these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
3. Service Description
Meliflo is a connected IoT platform designed for professional beekeepers. It collects data from sensors and devices installed in apiaries and presents it as analytics and alerts accessible through a web interface. The service is currently in early access: access is granted by invitation only and pricing has not yet been published.
4. User Account
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at contact@meliflo.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to Meliflo's systems;
- disrupt or interfere with the operation of the service;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by Meliflo remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of data collected by your devices and data relating to your apiaries.
7. Personal Data
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which you acknowledge having read. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. As the service is in early access, its features may change at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meliflo shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or intangible damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, you will be notified by email at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
